Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or accessing our services and products, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms set out herein. These terms apply to all agreements, whether verbal or written.

Orders and Payment

Order Process - All orders must be placed in writing, via email, or through the company's online portal. Orders are subject to acceptance by the company, and confirmation will be provided in writing.

Pricing - Prices quoted on the website or in formal offers are subject to change without notice. Any final pricing is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Terms - Payments are to be made as per the agreed payment schedule, which may include advance payments or credit terms. Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest.

Delivery

Shipping and Delivery - Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to manufacturing schedules. The company will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

Risk of Loss - Risk passes to the client upon delivery of products to the carrier. The company will assist in any claims made for goods damaged in transit.

International Shipping - For overseas clients, shipping terms must be agreed upon during the order process, with all duties, taxes, and customs responsibilities borne by the client.

Product Specifications and Warranties

Specifications - Products are manufactured based on the specifications agreed upon in the client’s order. Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in delays or additional costs.

Warranties - The company provides warranties on products as per the industry standard, which may vary depending on the product. Any defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery for remedial action.

Exclusions - The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or any modifications made to the products without the company’s consent.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns - Returns are only accepted in case of defective products or if the delivered items do not match the agreed specifications. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition.

Cancellations - Cancellations may be made before production starts. Once production begins, cancellation may incur charges equivalent to the costs already incurred.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including designs, processes, and trade secrets developed by the company in the course of its manufacturing, remains the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The company’s liability for any claim arising out of the performance or non-performance of its obligations under these terms will not exceed the purchase price of the products involved. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Confidentiality

The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the company during the course of the business relationship. This includes designs, technical data, and pricing information.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supplier failures.

Amendments

The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
